📅 Appointments & Booking

• All appointments must be booked in advance through the approved booking system.

• A valid card may be required to secure your appointment.

• Please ensure all information provided is accurate to avoid delays or cancellations.

⏰ Late Policy

• Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule.

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid delays for other clients.

• Full service fees still apply.

❌ Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee (up to 50–100% of the service).

• No-shows will be charged deposit are nonrefundable a may be restricted from booking future appointments.

Payments

• Payment is due in full at the time of service.

• Accepted payment methods: [Cash, Zelle, Applepay]

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred with proper notice.

• Due to the nature of beauty services, no refunds will be issued.

• If you are unsatisfied, please txt us @850-4999416 within 24–48 hours so we can assess and offer a possible adjustment.

• Inappropriate behavior

• Failure to follow policies

• We may take photos/videos for promotional purposes.

• Please inform us if you prefer not to be photographed.
